Dr. P. Sindhuja Pugalandhi – Founder & Director
Driven by a passion for child development, education and human potential, Dr. P. Sindhuja Pugalandhi established AIKY TOTS with a vision to create meaningful learning opportunities that go beyond conventional education.
With an academic background in Extension Education and multidisciplinary learning experiences, she believes that every child deserves an opportunity to discover individual strengths and develop holistically.
Her vision is to build an educational ecosystem that combines knowledge, skills, confidence, creativity and character development.
